Ronald F. Pastore, Sr. 73, of Walton passed away unexpectedly Monday evening, March 5, 2018 at home, following a long illness.

Ron was born on April 26, 1944 in Brooklyn, NY, the son of Frank. and Julia (Zollo) Pastore. He proudly served his country in the US Navy during Viet Nam. Ron was a retired NY City Policeman, later, he was self-employed for many years as owner and operator of Walton Liquors. He was a member of NYC Police 1013 Assn and the Nam Knights of the Southern Tier. He enjoyed reloading ammo for his extensive gun collection, target practicing and riding his Harley Davidson Heritage Softail with his friends in the Nam Knights.

Ronald is survived by his daughters, Cristy Pastore and Cheri (Neil) Morello both of Phoenix, AZ, grandchildren, Maxwell, Rocco, Tivoli and Everly and several cousins. He was predeceased by his wife, Leona and son, Ron Jr.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with Courtney Funeral home, Walton.
