Rosemary Reed, 68 of Walton, passed away suddenly Saturday August 14, 2004 in the Wilson Regional Medical Center, Johnson City, NY.

Mrs. Reed was born in New York City, NY, the daughter of the late Albert and Mary Tewes Meyer. She lived in Illinois, and then moved to Walton about 25 years ago.

She was employed by Walton Bakery, as a baker.

She is survived by two daughters: Victoria Oliver and her husband Philip of Saugerties, Mary Ripley of Pembroke Pines, FL; a son: Robert Reed of Walton, 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; a sister: Marlene King of Walton, a brother Albert Meyer, of Connecticut; several nieces, nephews, & cousins. She was predeceased by a grandson Aaron Reed in 1975.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday August 18, 2004 at 11:00 am at the Clark, Winter & Courtney Funeral Home, 25 Townsend St., Walton.
