Russell J. Reen, III, 43, of Walton passed away on Sunday afternoon, September 10, 2017 at home in Walton, following a long illness.

Russell was born April 28, 1974 in Staten Island, NY the son of Russell and Diane (Ferrulli) Reen. He was a Machinist for Remie Company, Staten Island and later worked at Quintavalli Tree Service.

Russell was a Nascar Fan, enjoyed Monster Trucks, and working on his vehicles.

Russell is survived by his loving family, his daughter, Payton A. Landry, father and mother, Russell and Diane Reen, brother, Daniel and Jodi Reen of Staten Island; sister, Deanna Besser Reen of Staten Island; nephews, Ronnie, Nicolas, Daniel, Jackson, aunts and uncles, Peter and Kathy Ferrulli, Greta Taylor, Nick and Maureen Ferrulli, Bruce Reen, and several cousins. He was predeceased by his aunt, Lucille Fissekas, and his grandparents.

Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Courtney Funeral Home, 25 Townsend Street, Walton.

A Mass of the Christian burial will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at 11 AM at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 25 Benton Avenue, Walton with Rev. Edward J. Golding, officiating.
