Ryan Munn, 17, of Goshen, NY died June 1, 2025, from injuries sustained in a fire at his home.

Ryan was born on December 20, 2007 In New Jersey to parents Shane and Haley Newell. Ryan was attending Florida Union Free School in Florida, NY.

Ryan had an extraordinary bond with his brother, and together they created countless memories that will forever be cherished. He adored his time spent playing on his iPad. His laughter and sweet demeanor brought joy to all around him, and his kind spirit was a testament to the love he shared with his family.

Ryan was not just a son; he was the heartbeat of his father's world. Shane treasured every moment with Ryan and Travis they spent together, finding immeasurable joy in their relationship.

Ryan is survived by his mother Haley, Paternal grandparents Arthur and Virginia Betsy Munn of Walton, NY, uncles Andrew (Jody) Munn of Unadilla, Nathan (Kami) Munn of Homer, NY and four cousins.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 Am Saturday June 14, 2025 at Walton Cemetery, the Rev. Larry Light officiating.
