Sandra L. Spensieri, 67, of Downsville passed away on Monday, October 22, 2012 at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, NY.

Sandy was born on February 15, 1945 in Staten Island, the daughter of the late Bruce and Kathleen (Duncan) Main. On April 11, 1964 she married Michael A. Spensieri in Staten Island.

Sandy is remembered as a good person, inside and out. She loved life, baking cookies, and cakes, and her home in the country.

Friends and family are invited to call on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at the Courtney Funeral Home, 25 Townsend Street, Walton.

A graveside service will be held on October 25, 2012 at the Paige Cemetery in Downsville at 11 AM with the Rev. R.L. Donahue, officiating.
