Sharon A. Sanford, 61, of Walton formerly of Bainbridge passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at home.

Sharon was born on October 27, 1955 in Gloversville, the daughter of the late Ambrose and Marilyn (Yoast) Smith.

Sharon worked at Amphenol in Sidney. She enjoyed camping, fishing, reading, and having BBQ's.

Sharon is survived by her loving family, her daughter, Tammy Sanford-Banks of Walton; grandchildren, Brittney, Ashleigh, Nathan, Stephanie, Joseph, Zachary, Michael, Gregory, great grandchildren, Carter and Paxton, brothers, Arthur Smith, Douglas Smith and David Smith, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her son Bill Sanford.

Services will be privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with Courtney funeral Home, Walton.
