Sharon (Cranston) Tyrrell, 76, of Walton passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at the Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing.

She was born June 28, 1943 in Delhi, NY, the daughter of the late Sheridan (Mutt) and Merry (Grundy) Cranston.

Sharon proudly served her country in the United States Army during 1961-1964.

Sharon then proceed to work in the healthcare industry for many years. She worked at the Delaware County Infirmary as a nurse's aide. And then went on to to retire from Delaware Valley Hospital as a Respiratory Therapy Aide. All who worked with her knew her as the practical prankster and joke teller.

Sharon was a loving mother, grandmother and friend whom will be greatly missed by all.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Marvin (Tom) Tyrrell. She is survived by her daughter, Laurel (Cranston) Tanner(William); Granddaughters Samantha (Austin) Sayers (Roderick); Ashley (Austin) Grahmann (Travis); Brooke Austin (Bryan Caneschi); Alyssa Cranston and Vanessa Brewer as well as great grandchildren Cora & Austin Grahmann and Aria Caneschi, and dear friend Becky Blanchard.

A graveside service for Sharon will be held in the spring with a date and time to be announced.
