On January 29, 2013, our beloved mother Sharon Yovonne Youngs Saylor, 64, of Endwell passed away peacefully after a long courageous battle with cancer.

She is survived by her parents, Robert and Barbara Youngs, Delhi, NY; one son, Marcus Saylor and fiancé Holly Wheeler, Johnson City, NY; and two daughters, Mikky Adams and Merritt and Brian Guinane, Brackney, PA; two very special granddaughters, Emily and Macey Guinane; and long time loving friend, Steve Adams.

Sharon was born on May 13, 1948 and graduated from Maine-Endwell High School in 1966. She was a woman with great passion and enthusiasm for life. She loved to read and could always find escape in a book. Over the years, Sharon loved to search for treasures and now her family can appreciate the legacy she leaves behind. She enjoyed volunteering her time at the Red Cross and her compassion for others was apparent in everything that she did. Although we will miss her very much, her youthful spirit will live, laugh, and love with us forever. We Love you Mom.

A Memorial Service was held 3PM Monday February 4, 2013 at The McDevitt McManus Funeral Home, LLC., 88 Front Street Binghamton, NY.

Friends wishing may make memorial to the American Red Cross in memory of Sharon Yovonne Youngs Saylor.

A graveside service will be held at the Gregorytown Cemetery in Gregorytown, New York on May 11, 2013 at 2PM with the Rev. Larry Light, officiating.
