Theresa Schuppel, 58, of Walton, passed away Sunday morning after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by family and friends. Her strength and determination are remembered with so much pride and admiration by her family, husband of 25 years, Brian, son Anthony and his husband Dominic, son Brian, and daughter Lauren.

Originally born in New Jersey, Terry moved to Walton with her family in 1992, and fell in love with our wonderfully tight knit community. Terry loved fishing in the Delaware, canoeing, and spending time with her friends. Even in the toughest of times, she was the first person to make a joke, leaving the most stoic of us with a smile on our faces and a laugh in our hearts.

Terry's greatest pride in life was her children, who will forever carry her legacy forward and pass along the many lessons she imparted during her time on Earth.
