Thomas Lee Conklin 75 of Walton, died peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on Friday September 19, 2025. Tom was born in Delhi, NY on February 4, 1950 to parents Merritt "Tom "Conklin and Doris Williams Conklin.

Tom was a United States Marine from 1968-1971.  For most of his life Tom was employed as an owner\operator truck driver.  His wife accompanied him on several of his trips.  He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting in the Adirondacks with his son Damon, brother in law Pat, and close friend Mike Stone.  Tom loved spending time with his family and working on cars and trucks with his grandson Joshua.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 49 years the former Vicky Goodrich of Walton.  His son Damon(Darlene)Conklin and his daughter Tammy(Timothy)Gladstone.  His grandchildren Sarah(Payton), Joshua Gladstone, Robert (Laci), Alivia, and Abigail Conklin.  His sister Marilynn Lewis, nephew Mike Lewis, and niece Lori(Keith)Bennett.  There are also several remaining nieces and nephews. Brother-in-laws Michael(Pam), Patrick(Regina), and Daniel Goodrich.  His faithful K9 companions Buddy and Patches and his close friends Billy Scott, Pete Stanton, Mike Stone, Lynn "LJ" Doig, and Andy Michael.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents Merritt "Tom", Doris Williams Conklin, Brothers Robert Conklin and Richard Williams, brother-in-law Phillip Lewis and sister-in-law Esther Goodrich.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday September 26,2025 at Paige Cemetery, Downsville, NY. At Tom's request there are no calling hours.
