Virginia C. Decker, 72, of Walton passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City, following a long illness.

Ginny was born on June 30, 1941 in Walton, the daughter of the late Albert and Ruth (DuMond) Decker. She graduated from Walton Central School the class of 1959.

Ginny was a member of the Plymouth Church where she taught Sunday school for many years. She enjoyed and was very good at doing different kind of crafts.

Ginny is survived by her sister, Mary Lou Decker of Walton, and her special friends, Diane Bojo, Tania Beers, and Bonnie Wood.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 1PM at the Ouleout Cemetery in Franklin with the Rev. Tom Davis, officiating under the direction of Courtney Funeral Home, Walton.
