Wendy L. Box, 38, of Endicott formerly of Downsville passed away on Monday, March 23, 2015 at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, NY.

Wendy was born September 7, 1976 in Walton, the daughter of Kenneth and Marie (Shaw) Fuller. On September 25, 2004 she married Jason P. Box in Downsville. She graduated from Downsville Central School then she graduated from Broome Community College with an Associates Degree in Human Services.

Wendy received many music awards in high school, she received a National Award in 1992 at the United States Academy, Lake Placid NYS Band, The SOUSA Award in Downsville. She played TAPS for Veteran's organization, cabaret, Broome Community College Band, and ARC.

Wendy is survived by her loving family, her husband, Jason, her parents, Kenneth and Marie Fuller of Downsville; her mother in law, Martha Box, her brother, Kenneth and Bobbie Jo Fuller of Hamden; sister in law, Kara Hastings of Binghamton; Heather (Jay) Riley of Farmington, NY; her aunts and uncles, special aunt Dawn and Mark Cortright of DeLancey, Rose and William Caryin of Severville, TN; Leonard and Sue Shaw of Hamden; Lester and Cheryl Shaw of Milford; John and Lana Box of Thompson, PA; Gerald Box of Melbourne, FL; Dorothy Saputo of Meadville, PA; her nieces and nephews, Ashley, Keith, Amber, Josh, Nathan, Cody, Karina, Kassi, her cousins, Jeremy, Andrew, Matthew, her special close friend, Rebecca Shields of Downsville and her two faithful cats, Faith and Hope. She was predeceased by her father in law, Paul Box, her grandparents, Raymond and Frances Shaw, Ken and Dorothy Fuller, and her cousin, Paul Shaw.

Friends and family are invited to call on Saturday, March 28, 2015 from 10AM to 12Noon at the Courtney Funeral Home, 25 Townsend Street, Walton where services will be held at 12Noon with the Rev. Dale Ashby, officiating.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 11:00AM at the Paige Cemetery in Downsville.
